To all restaurants and pubs. Cut your wings into two pieces and remove the wing tips. On two occasions I have been looking forward to some tasty chicken wings, only to be served whole wings with the wing tips still attached. Even with a little parsley sprinkled on top, a plate of these things looks like a deep fried giant spider creature. Appetite lost and restaurant crossed off my list. Take the time to cut the wings in half and remove the tips.
