Hungry Jacks store in Albany Western Australia.

Local TAFE (adult college) runs a class on restaurant cooking and
general hotelery. Part of the course inlcudes visits to kitchens of
various local establishments.

Picture 15 adult students (age 18-50) and lecturer opening the back door
of the Hungry Jacks store and going into the store room. They stand in
the storeroom for a while discussing the layout and function of the
storeroom and health risks since there was flour bags on the floor.
Then they move towards the door to the Kitchen...

The lecturer swings open the Kitchen door and ushers about four or five
students through before realising that the owner/manager of the store is
urinating into the deep fryer. Yes there is a chipp basket in the
fryer. Everyone of the student declined a free sample of the burgers.

It turned out that the staff normally urinated in the kitchen sink or
fryer since it was too difficult to leave the store to use the mall
toilets. Any excuse will do.

Within 6 months the store had closed down and remained that way for the
better part of a year before opening as a different fast food store.
